We are an Education Consultancy company actively working to change how teachers are trained and how curriculum is rolled out.

With this in mind, all clients must undergo a paid trial session to ensure we'll fit your needs and context. This allows us to assess your needs to customise our services accordingly. The trial also lets you experience the Ask EASt Organic Conversational Development (OCD) teaching methodology firsthand, empowering you to make informed enrollment decisions.

PAYMENT DETAILS AND TERMS

Thank you for choosing to join the Ask EASt family!
As a parent/guardian of the student or the student accepting a placement with Elite Academic Solutions Tacit services, I/we jointly agree to the following terms:

1. We agree to ensure that students attend the allocated tutorial session and pay for the specified term, as determined by Ask EASt.

a. We understand that fees must still be paid for the support and resources between sessions, even if the student is absent. Any holiday, appointment, or school engagement that interferes with sessions will not fall under a Make-Up-Session (MUS) and will not be credited.

b. We understand that the holiday Make-Up Sessions (MUS) will only be arranged if you've notified us using the relevant form within 24 hours before the session. The MUS is arranged according to the tutor's schedule. Ask EASt will always strive to make it work, but if they can't, it will not carry over or be rescheduled for the following term.
c. We acknowledge that if the tutor needs to cancel the session and Ask EASt cannot provide an immediate replacement, the session will be made up during the first week of the school holidays unless expressed otherwise. The session will be credited if we are unable to make it up.

2. We agree that this is a partnership, and our role is to support and follow the process. Our responsibility is to ensure that students action tasks and are prepared for sessions. We will engage through Seesaw, the private Facebook group and use our access to resources to monitor student activity.

a. We agree to notify Ask EASt by phone or email immediately of any changes to the student's guardianship. Any changes to contact details, i.e. telephone numbers and addresses, will be updated by me/us through the Teachworks account.

3. We acknowledge technological interference can interrupt sessions; although the tutor will work around this, Ask EASt is not liable.

4. We acknowledge that specific protocols are in place, not to offend, but to ensure that things run smoothly. Please be aware of our policies as they guide our decisions.

5. We understand that our 'weekly rate has been provided to us and includes the support and resources provided outside of sessions. However, if we book a workshop or additional time, it will be considered weekly equivalent. EG: 3 hours = 6 x weekly single rate.

6. We acknowledge that a late penalty fee of $45 will be applied to our account if payment is not received by the due date. By adding our credit card to the account, we authorise Ask EASt to process the payment on our behalf and on time. I understand I can use the PayID email '[email protected]' to avoid the $8.00 admin fee per billing, starting term 2, 2024.

7. We understand that Ask EASt PTY LTD T&Cs bind us and that we must read the T&Cs available through the URL and the Information Pack provided once this Enrollment is processed. I understand that continuation with sessions constitutes acceptance of the T&C's expressed.

8. Public access to our ARM service is a separate rate and part of the Immediate Impact Program designed for at-risk youth.

9. I accept that Ask EASt's services extend beyond what is explicitly listed due to their mentoring work and that we are not charged for every aspect of our support. Consequently, our cooperation and adherence to the process are crucial for the student's success.

10. I accept that this is a unique program that will require us to step out of our comfort zones, so follow-through on our part helps set the parameters of concept exploration.
